This Privacy Policy describes how Vita Energy Pty Ltd (ABN 81669165020), operating under the product name savian.app (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses and protects personal information. Savian provides software for managing operational and quality documentation in the construction industry, including AI-powered document creation, a centralized document hub, mobile field tools, and drawing/markup features.
We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (APPs), the EU GDPR, and the UK GDPR.
By using savian.app or our mobile applications (“Services”), you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you provide to us, such as your name, email, company details, project information and any documents you upload—including ITPs, RFIs, ITCs, NCRs, checklists, drawings, completion packages, photos, notes, and annotations.
We also collect information automatically when you use the Service, including device details, log data, IP address, and usage activity. If you enable location features, we may collect geolocation information from the mobile app. Offline activity may also be recorded and synced when connection is restored.
Our AI and OCR components process the documents, text, images and templates you submit in order to generate or complete documents and support cross-referencing.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to operate and improve the Services, including generating and completing documents using AI, organising information in the Document Hub, enabling mobile capture (photos, notes, geolocation), supporting drawing markups and document linking, and ensuring accuracy, security and traceability. We also use information to communicate with you and provide support.
We do not sell personal information.

For users in the EU or UK, we process personal data on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interests (such as service improvement and security), consent (for optional features like location or marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.
